Where do Dobond elites go? A study tour to Osaka, Japan
In April 2018, to experience the management philosophy of a century-old Japanese company, and to deeply understand the craftsmanship spirit. A group of 13 elites from Dobond’s management team embarked on a study tour in Kansai with the question of "what has achieved the high-end core technology of Japanese companies, century-old corporate heritage, average high profit margins, refined management, and ultimate service".
On April 27th, with warm welcome and arrangement of Ms. Peng Yu , from Dobond's office in Japan. We visited Osaka JR West Branch and Dentsu Group. The leaders of the two companies gave us a detailed introduction on the development process, management philosophy, and business culture of the company. At the same time, everyone strongly felt the importance of an elegant and stylish working environment.
Through their introduction and Q&A session, once again we experienced the powerful power of Japanese corporation management --"swordsmanship". Adhering to the management philosophy of "people-oriented, altruism first" is the biggest gain and insight from this study tour. People-oriented means that everything is people-centered, fully respecting the inner demands of employees and customers, and continuously improving the work experience and user experience of employees. Altruism is to put the interests of others in the first place, not only for employees and their families, but more for partners and customers, working hand in hand with partners, and paying for the ultimate needs of customers.
The inner strength and mentality of Japanese business management is compatible with our Dobond values, and it is the systematic refinement and sublimation of our usual actions and thoughts. We insist on putting the needs of employees and customers first, comprehensively improve employees' thinking and business quality through training, continuously optimize the working environment, continuously improve employee benefits and strengthen emotional care, and constantly develop new products to create more value for customers.
Japanese electrical products are well-known all over the world. Famous manufacturers of electrical appliances and high-tech products such as Sony, Panasonic, TOTO, Canon, Sharp, Toshiba, Hitachi are all from Japan. With the leadership of Richie, we visited the famous electric appliance city in Kyoto, where full of dazzling electric appliances. The popular Panasonic, TOTO washlets, the new electric rice cooker has equipped a heavy electronic operation panel, and the new coming trolley case was equipped with damper on the handle which can rebound slowly.
The sales staff discovered a new market, and the technical staff considered the achievable structure... It's a worthwhile trip for everyone!
On April 30, Dobond staff said goodbye to Kansai. So far, our study tour to Kansai got a complete success, and the management has learned a lot with gratitude. Thanks to Dobond for giving such a precious opportunity to study abroad, and thanks to Ms. Peng Yu for her warm and thoughtful arrangements and accompanying all the way. In the future, we will hold the craftsman spirit in services, overcome impetuosity, strive for perfection, and hold Dobond’s invincible position in competition!
